This workshop will cover the basics of light absorption, actinometry, reactor and light source design as well as the principles and applications of US-assisted chemistry.
Participants will gain insights in the following sessions:
- Fundamentals of photocatalysis and photosensitized reactions
- Fundamentals of ultrasound and sonochemistry
- Hydrodynamics and photon transport in gas-liquid photoreactors
- Ultrasound-assisted processes in flow reactors
