Workshop on Innovation & Exploitation

A four-day workshop designed to train scientists and research support staff in strategies for innovation and exploitation of research results. The workshop will focus on transforming research outcomes into impact, with particular emphasis on intellectual property (IP) protection and commercialization pathways. The Workshop will take place from 26–29 January 2026 in a lecture room 1039 (1B) on the 1st floor of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana, Večna pot 113, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Lecturers: Dr. Pablo Domínguez de María, Dr. Griša Prinčič, Prof. Dr. Polona Žnidaršič Plazl, and Peter Alešnik from the Knowledge Transfer Office at University of Ljubljana

Target audience: PhD students, junior researchers, and Master’s students from various backgrounds, including biochemistry, chemical engineering, and chemistry.
