The main goal of Horizon Europe Twinning project is to establish a consortium enabling collaboration between
- University of Ljubljana (UL), Slovenia, as a coordinator, and:
- Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI), Italy,
- Universita degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro (UNIBA), Italy,
- Universitaet Graz (UNI Graz), Austria,
- Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), Belgium,
- Sustainable Momentum SL (SusMom), Spain.
This consortium will foster knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices in catalytic processes and continuous (flow) production of valuable compounds from bio-based raw materials.
FlowCat aims to improve and stimulate the scientific excellence and innovation capacity of UL staff in the field of catalysis and continuous (flow) production, as well as creativity supported by the development of new approaches in Research and Innovation collaboration and increased mobility (incoming and outgoing) of qualified scientists.
Among the priority goals is strengthening the research management and administration capacities and skills of UL researchers and research supporting staff.
The project includes arrangements for compliance with ERA priorities, e.g., open science, gender equality, and transfer of scientific knowledge.
